Absences from Meets and Practices
Meets
You must login and register your children under Meets / Events for each meet they plan to attend. You may Accept or Decline any meet multiple times before the registration deadline, and provided you have everything set correctly by the registration deadline, no additional communication is required. You will receive emails clearly stating the registration deadline for each meet; for normal Saturday meets, the deadline is four days beforehand (11:59 PM on Tuesday).
If you need to withdraw your child from a meet AFTER the registration deadline, please email your child's age-group coach and CC the head coach, Kimberly Goodell. Please send this notification as early as possible to help minimize last-minute shuffling of lanes and/or relays.
Practices
If you know that your child will be missing TWO OR MORE CONSECUTIVE practices during the REGULAR SEASON, please email your child's age-group coach and CC the head coach, Kimberly Goodell. PRE-SEASON practices are optional and do not require notifications.
