Registration

We appreciate your interest in the Dolphins. Registration for returning families opens on February 15th, and new families can register starting on March 1st. Registration closes for everyone on April 30th.

Team fees this season will be $425. The fees cover daily practice during the swim season, Early and Regular Season Meets, BVSSL Prelims and Finals, the Final Picnic, and extras like a Dolphins T-shirt and doughnuts after Friday morning practice. Swimmers may sign up and pay for additional Optional Meets and social events throughout the season. Please take note of the Practice and Meet schedules before registering.

New swimmers also need to attend a short, low-pressure swim assessment to ensure that they have the Minimum Swim Skills necessary to be successful on either the Competitive Team or Developmental Pre-Team. These assessments are held at the Louisville Rec Center. After registering new swimmers, you will be able to sign them up for an assessment during one of the windows listed below.

It is our intention to place every new swimmer on one of our two sub-teams. In the unlikely event that our coaches feel a swimmer does not yet have the skills required to be successful on the Louisville Dolphins, we will refund the registration fee in full and offer suggestions for swim instruction to prepare the swimmer for a future Dolphins season.
